CWA User Guide
Welcome to the Corporate Work Apparel (CWA) User Guide. Follow these simple steps to access the CWA website when placing your orders.
Login/Signup
Our website uses an updated one-click login process.
- To login or create an account, click on My Account located at the top right of any of our website pages.
- Enter your email when prompted, and click the Continue button.
- You will now be prompted to input a 6 digit code. Do not close this tab. The code will be sent to the email you just provided.
- After inputting the code, click the button. You will be brought to the Orders page.
From here you can do any of the following:
- Stay on this page, and review existing orders.
- Navigate to our Catalog, to place an order.
- Navigate to your Profile, to edit your name, addresses, and other account information.
B2B Features
Wholesale Pricing
Eligible B2B accounts can be opted into wholesale pricing. When logged in, B2B accounts will have access to your company's pricing, item inventories, and bulk checkout.
If you are having trouble seeing your wholesale pricing, try the following:
- Log out of our website, and clear your browser cookies for the main website, and separately clear cookies again for our login page. Then log back in.
- From the Orders page, go to your Profile page and see if you are associated with a company (see below: "Example Company Name" should be your company name).
- If neither of these solutions help, contact us directly and we can assist you.
Entering a PO #
When you are checking out, you have the option to add a PO number at checkout.
After verifying the contents of your cart, you can Checkout. On this screen, you should see the option to add a PO# under your email, and above Delivery Options, near the top of the page.
B2B Online Payments
There are two different methods for companies to pay for their orders and complete the checkout process.
(A) Wholesale Distributor Checkout - This is the default option for B2B accounts. Select this option to continue without entering your credit card. Your order will process and you will receive a payment request once your order is ready to ship, depending on your payment terms. (This gives the supplier more time to complete your order and allows you the option to make payment once the order is ready to ship)
(B) Credit Card Checkout - If you want to proceed with credit card checkout enter your details as prompted and continue. Your credit card will be authorized for the payment amount and the order will process. NOTE - For B2B customers, this option is currently only available to companies with Due on Fulfillment payment terms.
Back In Stock Notifications
Note: CWA does not accept backorders on out of stock items. For your convenience, CWA offers the option to be notified when items return to stock. This function is shown in the steps below.
Activating the Back In Stock Notification app.
- Login to view the Bulk Order screen. Navigate to the item you want.
- Click on the greyed out input box above the text "Out of Stock" (see image).
- Fill in your information in the resulting popup.
- Once that information is submitted, you'll receive an email notification as soon as the item is back in stock.
Check Order Status
Account Orders Page
- Go to your account Order History page (this appears as "My account" at the top of the page, and in the footer at the bottom of the page).
- View your orders. We recommend switching from "Gallery View" to "List View" for a better user experience.
Non-Login Tool
By using this tool, you are accessing the same information as our order management team. If you need more support, use CHAT, or email us directly.
Note: For security reasons, you cannot edit orders on this page.
- Navigate to the Check Order Status page. Found in the Helpful Links section in the footer.
- You will need to enter your email address and the order number. This number begins with SW and is given to you in your order confirmation notification when you first place your order. Check back as often as you like to view order status.
